I've avoided fish caps for years after struggling with fish burps AND a fishy smell coming out of my pores. I stunk of fish and decided it just wasn't worth it. Then I heard of Krill oil caps and tried a bottle. They were great--no fishy burps, no fishy smell. When I ran out, I thought I'd give my son's MAX DHA caps a try for a few days. It's been a couple of weeks now and I've not had a problem with fishy burps or stink. An added bonus is the chronic inflammation that has kept me pretty much housebound for years has nearly disappeared completely. I've been waiting for the pain to return with a vengeance, but so far, it just keeps getting better. I googled "omega 3 and inflammation" and found that Omega 3s are anti-inflammatory. I've had pain ranging from bad to excruciating every day for years and tried various prescription and non-prescription drugs. The best they've done is lessen the pain enough to keep me sane. Then I take 2 of these MAX DHA caps a day and within a couple of weeks, the pain is nearly gone. I'll be ordering more of this very same product!

Soft skin for menopausal women

About two years ago, I took flax oil for the omegas but noticed it made my skin silky smooth. I stopped taking it for about a year. A few weeks ago, my menopausal skin was so dry and monster-like that I hated even scratching, as I'd have to feel my own skin! When I couldn't stand it any longer and no lotion would help, I bought more flax oil. After a couple weeks of 6 capsules a day, my skin is soft and silky smooth again--and I keep running a hand along my arm, just to feel it. (Not in public, of course ;-)

Lovely, light oil! I blend in a few drops of an essential oil for a nicely scented after-bath oil. It soaks in and doesn't leave my skin oily. If you need a carrier oil for essential oils for massages or skin care, this one is wonderful.

My family loves Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps. They lather up like crazy and are gentle enough for our sensitive skin. This particular one--the Hemp Baby Mild--I use as my special face soap--it's that gentle. My face doesn't feel dry or tight after I use this soap. I buy these from iHerb as we don't have the brand here in Sweden.

Collagen is nasty stuff, but worth the trouble of gagging it down. That said, Dr's Best isn't the best I've found; Neocell is. Neocell, Super Collagen, Type 1 & 3 Powder, 7 oz (198 g) is just as gag-inducing as Dr's Best, but within a day or two of using Neocell, my skin was softer and more supple. Not so with Dr's Best.

I was watching a movie, but patch of dermatitis on my finger was itching so much it was distracting. I put a drop of Neem Oil on it. It's now 20 minutes later, and I just realized it's stopped itching. No itch at all. Amazing! The redness has faded somewhat, as have the bumps. The Neem Seed Oil just came today, so this is my first use of it and, so far, I'm very pleased with it. It stinks to high heaven, so don't play on using it in public.

This stuff is jam-packed with goodness. Read the ingredients label, then take a look at your cupboard of supplements. If you're like me, you'll see that Green Vibrance contains so many of the same supplements that you take separately - and in high enough measure - that you can either cut back on your extra supplementation or do without it entirely. In a word, a big fat jar of Green Vibrance, though it seems expensive at first blush, could save you a bundle because it contains many of the ingredients you've been buying separately. YES! It tastes like grass! Stop whining and knock it back. If you're such a big baby you can't handle that, then mix in a little fruit juice. *sighs and rolls eyes at all the folks who call themselves adults yet can't drink down this stuff without whinging and whining* MAN UP, people! =D

Debilitated by ME (it's like Chronic Fatigue but it starts with a bad flu-like illness), I've spent years hardly able to leave my home due to fatigue. I've tried many products for it, but none really helped much. After taking Now Foods' Super Cortisol, Fo Ti (Nature's Way Fo-Ti Root and then Paradise Herbs Fo-Ti), and Now Foods' L-Tyrosine for 2 weeks, I perked up during the day and began needing considerably less sleep at night. These products are the only changes I've made in my life. (I take the maximum dosage given on each bottle.) I can't say if it's one of these products or the combination, but my energy level has increased considerably and my foggy brain has cleared. To anyone experiencing fatigue and/or brain fog, I'd suggest reading up on each of the products I've been using, then testing with one or all. It could take longer for you than it has for me, so don't give up!
