I have a high need for calcium, but can't take too much at once. These "Tiny Tablets" fit the bill. New Chapter Bone Strength has helped my teeth.

Helps with dry lips in the Winter. (Chapstick makes them worse.) Also, my hands dry out and this gives relief.
