If I could only take one supplement it would be N-Acetyl Cysteine. I take NAC for several reassons. First one, as a part of my detox from heavy metals. I can definitely say that it chelates heavy metals such as mercury and lead from my body. As you know, N-Acetyl Cysteine is one of the most effective antioxidant supplements that boosts the bodies production of Glutathione. Glutathione levels are directly linked to health and aging and it is a required detoxifier and antioxidant for all cells. Higher levels are strongly associated with better health and in particularl lung and liver health and supports detoxification in both areas which constantly are challenged by airborne and other toxins in our environment. Second one, as part of my liver health. I've been taking NAC for a few months, and my most recent liver panel came back clean. In my opinion, this is probably the number one supplement for liver health. And this is not all, I felt a few more benefits. I would say that after taking this I started to feel my body aches and pains disappeared. Beside this, I have noticed a difference in my sleep after adding the NAC! Also, I have never had a hangover, when take NAC! Amazing ! In this case, I recommend taking two before drinking with a full glass of water and two before going to bed. Side note:I adviced you to take vitamin C at the same time (app. 500-1000mg Vit. C)for better absorption, and to to prevent any possibility of kidney stones from long term use. I think this stuff works! You feel more driven to accomplish things. I notice that when I don't take it I'll have less energy. It's not a hyper energy it's more of a calm focused energy. The powder is great because you can mix it with drinks and it tastes kind of maltey. I sometimes eat it directly from the spoon and rinse it down with water. I've read it's even better for women to take because it balances their hormones which fluctuate more than men's do. You need to start slowly with the dosage and adjust it according to your body's needs, then take a break from it occasionally or it appears to lose potency(for example: 3 week ON, 1 week OFF). I recommend using 1 tsp to 1 tbsp in water mixing it up and drinking it as fast as possible in the morning. It taste bad but you can mix it with juice or something else (smoothies, shakes and tea). It is necessary to note that аnyone who has a sensitive digestive system must be careful with the raw maca. Like other cruciferous roots, maca is particularly difficult to digest when raw. This gum is old school. It doesn't believe in all those fancy, new fangled sugar alternatives. It also doesn't mess around with synthetic color agents (no Red #40 or Yellow #5 lurking in these boxes). Bonus is that it tastes great Lemon-Lime. No it doesn't stay flavorful for an extra, extra, extra long time, but its delicious for long enough to get a nice minty taste in my mouth and satisfy my desire to chew. Also, I love this gum as a digestive aid after eating, to produce enough saliva for digesting protein and carbs, and it works great. I had discovered Glee Gum years ago and enjoyed it, but hadn't thought much about it again until I realized that EVER gum at the corner store or gas station had either aspartame or saccharine in it. First, as other reviewers have commented, the flavor does fade quickly. Second, the gum tends to be a bit sticker, which may be an issue for those with sensitive teeth. Would definitely buy this product again. The only improvement I can think of would be in the box design, which has a tendency to open in your bag if you're not careful. Great soap!! Smells good and lather really well. It is made of numerous essential oils which help various skin issues. When you first use it, you will break out slightly, but that is totally normal as it is getting out the embedded impurities in your skin. Continue to use it and do not quit due to seeing a new pimple. If you continue using it, your skin will level out and be so smooth and clear. Also make sure in storing the bar that you store it on a rack that will allow air to get to all sides of the bar. If the bar is left to sit in a container where air cannot get to the underside of the bar then the bar will become soft on the backside as it is sitting in moisture. I absolutely LOVE this scent, but then I love sandlewood. If you are the type of person that does not like incense from India or that 'bee flower' sandlewood soap from China, OR if you usually wear chemical commercial perfumes or fragrances (as opposed to natural essential oil scents), then you 'might' not be used to this scent and probably wouldn't like it. But if you DO like all of the above (natural scents, Indian incense, bee flower soaps), then you will most likely enjoy the scent of this soap. We love it, and to us it smells fresh and clean, but not overpowering. It also makes the bathroom smell good too. Since it's made with natural oils and ingredients, I would recommend leaving it on a spikey type of soap dish, so it can air out and drain properly, otherwise, if you leave it in a regular soap dish, it may get gooey and melt. It REALLY WORKS WONDERS FOR THE SKIN! It has already cleared up a skin condition I had on my arms after only four days. and it doesn't seem to strip my skin of oils (unless you wash twice in a row with it, but you only need to wash once). Also, this soap is advertised as being good for people with Kapha-Pitta skin. Apparently, I have too much Pitta and not enough Kapha for this soap to be a good soap for me! I will definitely order more when I run out .

I've used this product several times over the last few years. It is a great and easy to use cleansing program that is not so aggressive it makes you feel bad. One advantage of this product is that it uses natural ingredients. Unlike many other diet supplements, this product does not contain many harmful chemicals as filler ingredients. You will need to make sure that you follow the diet recommendations in the pamphlet to get the most out of the cleanse, lean meats - poultry, fish, vegetables, etc. Also, drink plenty of water (because, taking without enough liquid may cause choking), and try to sweat for 30 minutes a day. Even if it is just sitting in a hot bath tub You will feel the product working and you will feel lighter, more energetic.
