bought this for my dad and he said he flushed the first time using it. As flushing may uncomfortable, it is best to buy the flushing kind cause you are releasing toxins thru the skin. The timed release can eventually cause damage to liver.

good flavor for those who like the taste of goat. This is my 1st time, so I am still getting used to it by mixing 1/2 scoop in with almond milk. Good source of protein. Goat milk & fermentation are easier on the body to digest.

These are the best enzymes I have tried so far and have already purchased another bottle. capsules assimilate much better than tablets and they have gone thru a fermentation process which is easier on the digestion system. I'm prone to constipation and I am having more BM's. Thought ya'll needed to know.

I really like the cell food and have purchased twice already. It's super easy to take, just put the drops in your water and take it with you. Unfortunately I didn't get that pick-up-and-go feeling like other people noted they did though, but I like it. It actually makes the water taste better and makes water taste bland when you don't have it. I like combining it with the silica drops.

WOW! You have got to try this, even my husband loves it and he says it smells like a 50/50 bar. Very clean, moisturizing, and refreshing. You don't need a lot cause it gets sudsy. I'm going to try all the scents-this is now my new favorite body wash brand.

the thing that impresses me about these ear plugs is that they actually stay in my ears all night long. the thing that does not impress me is that they barely work. So, when my husband snores, I turn myself around with my head at the feet and my feet at the head and with the hearos in my ears and the blanket over my ears as well and I can finally sleep.

Gotta love Dr. Ohhira's probiotics. One thing I don't think most people know about is that you can not only swallow them, but chew them as well. My husband and I love them that way, but will be weird for some.

I love this smoothie blend. My fave is blending it with coconut water, banana, blueberries fresh or frozen (if frozen, then don't add ice cubes), garden of life super seed, madre labs vit c powder and either black cherry or pomegranite conentrate juice. Viola!
