After taking this for about a month, I've noticed I don't feel as weak and run down as I did before. Having a mostly vegan diet, I find this helpful as a supplement to make sure I'm getting the iron I need. Also, I haven't noticed any problems with digestion or taste.

I purchased this product after dealing with a stress fracture in my foot. I attributed the stress fracture to overuse in running and insufficient calcium. The main ingredient in this product, microcrystalline hydroxyapatite, has been shown to be more effective in building and maintaining bone density than other types of calcium such as calcium carbonate and citrate. After taking this product for several months, and resting my foot, I found my stress fracture had completely healed and I was able to run normally again. The fact that you get a massive amount of product for the cost is an added bonus. I would order this product again.

I bought this product to add to cooking recipes. Once it arrived, I found myself eating it straight out the the jar by the spoonful. The taste is rich and satisfying. You also get a good amount of product for the money. Despite the fact that I was eating several spoonfuls a day, the jar lasted close to a month. Along with all the health benefits of coconut such as anti-viral, anti-bacterial, healthy fatty acids, and other effects, the taste itself makes this product one of my favorites. Enjoy!

I purchased this canned salmon along with another brand offered on iherb (Crown Prince). I found this product to be far superior. The fact that this product is boneless and skinless means that the salmon you do get is packaged more like tuna. When I eat this product it tastes somewhat like tuna, only with a more distinct salmon flavor. By all means if you can get fresh wild salmon, that is preferable here. If you can't for some reason, this is a nice alternative if you are craving high quality wild salmon.

I found Alter Eco to be on of the best free trade chocolate brands, along with Equal Exchange. This bar has a nice sweet taste and a smooth texture. I really enjoyed this product and would order again.

The quinoa in this bar adds a nice crunch and an airy texture. I appreciate that Alter Eco is fair trade and works with smaller community co-ops. The bar also has a silky texture, which counterbalances nicely with the crunch. I would certainly order again.

This is a nice overall lip balm. As a man, I don't really care about lip balm flavors or anything like that. I got this as a free trial size. It does the job of keeping my lips from cracking when I stay in the sun too long.

I purchased this product to mix with Green Drink Powders. I use 1 scoop of this along with Chlorella and Spirulina in some apple juice. I think the combination works well together. I appreciate that hemp is a complete protein that includes some healthy fats. The amount of E3 live is quite small (1g per serving) and I wouldn't necessarily purchase just for the E3. The addition of maca was interesting as I hadn't tried it before. It seems like a solid combination of ingredients overall. As for the taste, I found it to be quite neutral. This product doesn't contain any sweeteners and I found I needed to mix it with something like fruit juice for the best tolerance. The texture is grainy due to the hemp. If you don't mind a slightly more "natural" taste, I would recommend this product as a good protein powder to add to other drinks.

I purchased this product to supplement my diet as I make the transition to a vegan diet. I use 1 scoop of this product along with 15g of Hawaiian Spirulina, 10g of Chlorella, and some Vitamin-C powder twice a day in the morning and evening. That combination makes a great overall health drink with an excellent amino acid profile, loads of vitamins and minerals, and allows me to completely do away with multivitamins and other supplements. You could certainly use this product alone. It offers a great amino acid profile itself, equal or superior to many animal products, and a nice combination of proteins from pea, cranberry, and hemp. I find the taste of this product to be much better than some other vanilla soy and rice based protein powders I have tried. The product has a slightly sweet taste, but certainly not overpowering. The powder blends well in juice and water, dissolving quickly and evenly. You also get quite a bit of product for your money. This is a 1kg bag, probably enough to last most people a month and a half to two months per bag. I really enjoy this product and it seems to me like one of the top vegan protein products on the market. I will reorder often!

This new product from Rainbow Light seems to have high quality ingredients. I mixed this packet with some spirulina and apple juice. I found the taste to be quite distinct and sweet. The taste reminds me of strong drink powder mixes like Emergen-C or sports drink replacement powders. I'm not sure how it would taste alone. I personally prefer green powders with tastes that aren't as sweet, but this may be an option for people seeking a green powder without a strong earthy, green taste.

I got this product as a free sample in the "freebies" category. I have been switching more and more to biodegradable based cleaning and laundry products. It is very sad to me that people use harsh chemicals to clean their homes and clothes when all those chemicals wash off into the water supply. It seems like such a waste. Products like this are a good alternative. This soup is biodegradable and won't damage the environment. I just wonder what would happen if everyone switched to more environmentally friendly cleaning products. It seems like the world would be much better off for it.

I purchased this product to use in the shower. The first thing I noticed when I received my iherb order was the amazing smell. The entire box smelled like pina coladas. The soap itself is of high quality, what you would expect from Nubian Heritage. And the price was also right in line. You can't get much more for less than $4. I'm just disappointed this product is now discontinued. I will use other Nubian Heritage products in the future.
