These cashews are consistently good. And iherb always seems to have a good turnover which leads to getting these nuts as fresh as possible (unlike at my local health food store).

Kukicha is made from the twigs (not the leaves) of the tea plant. The caffeine level is much, much lower in the twigs as compared to leaves. This tea has a very pleasant flavor; a darker almost nuttier version of a roasted green tea. Great any time of day, morning to after dinner. Eden Foods products are great quality.

This product has no bitterness, as is typical of many Stevia sweeteners. Pleasant french vanilla flavor works well with all kinds of beverages, hot cocoa, coffee, etc.; as well as with puddings and desserts.

It cooks up quickly and makes a great hot breakfast cereal with a dash of soymilk, or as a side-grain for dinner. Especially tasty with tomato sauce and italian herbs. Yum! This product seems fresher than the bulk bin versions at my local health-food store.

Sprinkled on any kind of grains, noodles or veggies, this is really convenient and adds just a hint of salt and a nice toasty sesame flavor. When sprinkled atop foods served to guests, it also has great aesthetic appeal.

diminished TINNITUS

My mom's tinnitus has reduced to less than half of what it was by taking this product. This is the same type of vitamin C and bioflavinoids found in another more expensive product that is packaged especially for tinnitus sufferers and sold over the internet (not at iherb). I thought she should give this a try, and it really helped her! And the side benefit is that this combo of ingredients was recently found to reduce inflammation.

This floss is thick, but not so thick that it can't easily slip between tight spaces. It has a great "feel" and tends to glide between teeth instead of "snap" in. It's the best floss I've every encountered!

Has a mild flavor. Sometimes I don't like stevia flavor in protein powders, but the stevia flavor is quite mild in this formula. Has a respectable 20g's of protein per serving. Mixes well with almond milk, bananas and berries.
