I used astaxanthin for tendinitis pain and general getting old pain of muscle and joint aches. My Naturopathic Physician gave it to me as an antioxidant. I had a lot of free radicals from eatin junk and meat. I didn't notice a difference really until I ran out and slowly all my pain came back and my tendinitis! I was pretty amazed. So now I'm back on it and I'm much more agile, less pain

Ferrous gluconate is the plant form of iron. It is gentle on the body and doesn't cause constipation like ferrous sulfate does.

I am allergic to sheep's wool, which most D3 is derived from and cannot tolerate the brands made from it. I break out in a rash. So far this is my first purchase of the fish oil D and I seem to be able to tolerate it much better.

My hair is growing faster..

I find I had a increase of a stuffy nose while taking this. Though I did have some increased energy, I fear I might be allergic to it.

Good price for fish oil and I felt good on them

I tried this because of a reviewer's statement that she was very sensitive to supplements and had reactions to them, but did not have a reaction to this product. I decided to give it a try because I thought I had a mild form of CFS. The berry flavor is very tasty, even better when you add some frozen unsweetened berries to it! I only take half a scoop in 4-6 oz of water to get great results and it tastes fine in water so I don't have to use any form of milk. I recommend using a Bullet or blender because it can lump up mixing it with a spoon. I have no side effects or reactions to this formula! I'm pleasantly surprised about that! I have noticeably more energy and stamina when I drink this first thing in the morning then when I don't! I also have better cognitive function, and memory! Great product. I highly recommend this if you think you have CFS or even just for a caffeine free energy pick me up.

I've been buying their supplements for many years. One per Meal is a great, pure, vitamin. It has L-cysteine in it which makes my skin and hair much younger looking! I would like to see them improve the formula, maybe add leutine
