not that sweet when mixed with water, and I like it. obviously not the best honey, but at least it's real honey, unlike those in the stores here in China...

skin's very smooth after using

very smooth and silky after applying this serum. I doubted it contains silicon, but actually it's oils I guess. But the skin doesn't feel oily after using this. so quite good a product.
