Suggested Use

To maintain healthful intestinal flora, 1 capsule 1 - 3 times per day, 15 minutes before meals or 1 hour after. When taking antibiotics, take probiotic 2 hours before or 2 hours after antibiotic.

Other Ingredients

Maltodextrin, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), enteric coating (cellulose), magnesium stearate (vegetable grade), ascorbic acid.
