Echinacea (purple coneflower) is a native American herb that was once widely used by the Plains Indians and is now used by millions of consumers worldwide. Our Premium Echinacea is standardized to a minimum of 4% Echinacosides, an active measurable component in Echinacea. We add synergistic Echinacea purpurea Root to complement the standardized Echinacea.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap 2 to 3 times daily as needed.

I take one of these every day when I'm in a pressure situation or during cold and flu season. I've used it for years and don't get the flu that other's get. I've read it increases T-cell production which helps the immune system so folks with immune disorders should check if it is right for them. It's also not something that should be taken every day forever, more like every two weeks or a couple of months if you just take one capsule a day.

this is medium strong dose. if u're sick, u can take two at first stance instead of one. and three times daily one pill a day if u're sick. if u're not sick, one pill a day is enough.

I don't know how much to take when trying to combat a cold so maybe I didn't take enough. Perhaps the duration of the cold was less than it might have been and less severe but I also took vitamin c and lots of onion and honey with ginger

I decided to focus on boosting my immune system this winter and this product was part of it. Fact is that I didn't get anything, no cold, no flu so plan to do the same next year.
