About 1-1/2 years ago my Doc. said I may need a heart valve replaced as it did not seem to let enought blood to flow, and at night I would wake suddenly gasping for air. I read about Dr. Mark Stengler's recommendation to use Hawthorn Berry as an anti-aging herb for the heart. Since using Hawthorn Berry I have had no more problems.
Not so good, so far...

I am one of those people who usually will get a side effect if there is one and that has been true with this product. I bought it for arhythmias and it seemed to make the problem worse. I am going to wait awhile and try it again later on.
Hawthorn Holds the reins on blood pressure

I have used hawthorn for over a year to control my blood pressure. My blood pressure was quite high 192/102. My cardiologist put me on a bata blocker that was so strong I could barely get out of bed and when I did the whole world spun around. So being a resourceful person .i found that hawthorn helped to control blood pressure . Taking two capsules in the morning and Two at night brought it down to 140/80 ,plus also is a vasodilator and so helped with getting blood from my heart to my lungs. Pulmonary hypertension had been the cause of the high blood pressure and the poor circulation to my lungs. I am not a doctor so what worked for me may not be the answer for you, I still consult my doctor on a regular basis but when I can find a natural herb ,rather than a drug ,to help I prefer the herb and hawthorn did this for me
works as expected
