NOW supplies many forms of Lecithin, including softgels, granules and derivatives (Phosphatidyl Serine).
Suggested Use
Blend 1 tablespoon into milk, protein shakes or vegetable juice. May also be used in salad dressings/sauces (as an emulsifier of fats) or as a non-stick coating on pots and pans. Each serving supplies as much Lecithin as 12 regular Lecithin softgels.
Other Ingredients
100% Natural Liquid Soy Lecithin.
Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
Vegetarian/vegan product.
