First time trying hemp seeds in this brand and they are just as good quality as any other.When you open the bag of hemp seeds the fresh superfood smell just hits you , always a sign of a good quality nutrition.
very tasty, I put them in salads or eat them alone, they taste similar to walnuts but much better.
