Legend has it that some tea leaves accidentally fell into a Chinese Emperor's pot of boiling water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly then pour over a bag of Gunpowder Green, steep 2-3 minutes to capture the full taste. Over steeping brings out the bitterness from tannin, a natural part of tea. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice. Enjoy!
