I have intestinal problems (SIBO) and so I have skin problems all the time: bacterial infections of any kind, fungus that hits me. I've tried neem oil, oregano oil, Rx antibacterial, Rx antifungal, antiseptics available in West-Africa (where I live) conform WHO standards ... nothing works. This cream though does the trick. One little application on every new spot of whatever origin or nature, and the next day the spot or pimple is gone. So it's expensive, but it's worth your money if you struggle like me with weakened skin immunity in a agressive environment. Also, I think it will go a long way because I really need to apply it only once, and just a tiny bit. Does smell extremely like garlic, and I cover the smell up with perfume.
Garlic odor too strong for me.

Unfortunately I can't rate this cream on its effectiveness. The reason for 1 star is I only tried it once because it has a strong garlic odor which I could smell even after I tried washing it off. Maybe I'm more sensitive to the smell than other users but unfortunately for me, I cannot use it.

Ordered this for topical treatment of rash on leg with a garlic containing cream. I am now thinking the rash is not fungal, so am not using this right now. Will add to this review if and when I try it, which I may, because the rash is still there. Right now I am improving circulation with nattokinase and pycnogenol and don't want an intervening variable.
