The Finest Balance
Our smooth, Swiss-crafted dark chocolate meets its match with a generous stirring of Fleur de Sel de Guerande, the world's most coveted sea salt. Hand-harvested from Brittany's ancient salt villages, this culinary treasure adds a subtle, mouth-watering crunch to the depth and maltiness of Ecuadorian cacao. Every bite is the perfect balance of salty and darkly sweet, confirming there's nothing better than when two come together.

I like the Alter Eco concept, but the chocolate is not for me. I found it a bit dry and tasteless.
Not ideal for chocolate enthusiasts

This chocolate has a very high melting point - meaning it is great for some weather and climates but is generally quite hard and doesn't have a nice mouth feel. The sour notes of the chocolate are quite pronounced - something popular to the American palate but if you are outside the US you may find it a bit overpowering.
