I often have to rush through lunch and will have stomach upset if I eat a full meal. This soup is filling enough and easy to digest. It may not be enough if you are very hungry but good for someone who don't have enough time to finish a regular meal. It also taste like a homemade soup. Good and no msg.

This is one of the few Amy soup that's OK for our diet (Dr. Ornish's). It's low fat and has a lot of different stuff. We usually add extra veggies such as carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, celeries or sprouted beans along with non sodium veggie broth. It makes it a really nice hearty dinner. I wish they had low sodium version!
