Step by step recipe for Arora Creations Tandoori Chicken
You Will Need
- 1 whole chicken (8 pieces) skin & fat removed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar (plain distilled)
Combine oil, vinegar and yogurt with Arora Creations Tandoori Chicken Blend in a small bowl. Make shallow slits into each chicken piece, dip into marinade, and place into a separate bowl. Pour the remaining marinade on the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours. Prepare the chicken according to your preference knowing that the authentic Indian flavor has been achieved.
We recommend Tandoori Chicken be served over hot rice or with Indian bread. Complement each Arora Creations dish with a serving of plain yogurt. Serves 6.

I am out of the country so I have no access to "Rajah Tandoori Masala" spice mix which is the real thing.This one was just fair.It just did not taste like anything you would get in an Indian Restaurant. Sorry.

Tasty but expensive--too expensive. I wish they would make a larger amount in a jar as a seasoning blend. This packet is for one meal!
