Pastry Pie Crust
Level of Preparation: Easy
Total Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Yield: 1-9" Pie Crust
- 1 Cup Arrowhead Mills Pastry Flour
- 6 Tbsp. Hain Vegetable Oil (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. Cold Water
Blend all ingredients. Press evenly into 9" pie pan. Prick bottom of crust a few times with a fork. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until done.

I decided to substitute some of this for unbleached flour when making waffles, and they actually turned out better! I'm sold.

This is wonderful flour that makes your cookies come out fluffy and very tasty. This is a light flour and is not doughy. My recipe calls for this flour, and this the only place iHerb that I can find it. These are our all time favorite cookies.
