Almond Crunch Cookies
Level of Preparation: Easy Total Prep Time: 25 Minutes
3 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Sweetened Rice Flakes
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
3 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 tsp Hain Sea Salt
1 egg or egg substitute
1 cup Arrowhead Mills White Rice Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place all ingredients in food processor and process on "high" until mixture pulls away from sides. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Organic whole grain brown rice grits, organic evaporated cane juice, organic whole grain brown rice flour flour, organic maple syrup, sea salt, organic honey, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and natural vitamin E (to preserve freshness).
