A good mix of nuts and fruits, but they vary from pack to pack regards % of each

However, the amount of salt in this is astonishing. Parts of mix are barely edible because of that, which is a shame, since source nuts and fruits themselves are evidently fresh and high quality. Will not purchase again, but will consider unsalted mixes from same manufacturer.

This company has to find a better way to package these as they are rather stale when they get to me. I have to reroast them and use them for salads. Not good eating as snacks. Great variety tho.
