easy to make biscuits delicious and good quality

The amount of liquid--a total of 3/4 cup made up of oil, water, and egg--is far too little for 2 cups of mix. the result is that you have to squeeze and push to get the dry mix into a ball, which means too much handling for a flaky biscuit. also it's bitter. i can not believe that the other people who wrote the reviews were eating the same product. in any case if you buy this, be sure to add more liquid than they say, don't handle too much --if in doubt, google "buttermilk biscuits" for recipes made from scratch and you can see how important not handling too much is. I think it is inexcusable of this company to sell a product like this.

I followed the recipe on the package, and the bisquits tasted good, but it dries up very fast. Has to be eaten the within a few hours. But a really good bisquit when it's fresh.
