You Can See Our Quality!
Bob's Red Mill is the most unique flour mill in the Northwest. We use century old stone grinding equipment to freshly mill whole grain products. Delight your family with whole grain goodness.
To use our dried coconut instead of fresh, soak in warm water until soft. For toasted coconut, spread in a shallow pan and toast at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Coconut brings a wonderful flavor and texture to foods.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
Natural unsulfered coconut.
Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.

Fresh like from Hawaii
Fresh like from Hawaii
I lived in Hawaii for ten years and had fresh coconut to bake with. When you bite these flakes, you can almost squeeze the coconut oil out of the flake, its that fresh. Bob's is unbleached and shaved rather than flaked in small pieces. Not hard and dried, like some natural coconut.

I've always enjoyed products from "BRM" BUT the Coconut "Flakes" are more like DUST or GRANULES – basically NOT GOOD for anything, eating or cooking.
