What you'll need:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free pancake mix
Step 1 - Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
Step 2 - In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter or oil. Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
Step 3 - For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet. Cook until the top is bubbly, about 3 minutes. Adjust the temperature as needed. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Serve immediately or hold in a warm (200ºF) over until ready to serve.
Makes 8 pancakes.
Gluten free flour blend (sweet white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), sugar, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, cornstarch), salt.
Manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts and soy.
Bob's red mill products labeled gluten free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an elisa gluten assay test to confirm that a product is gluten free.

I love pancakes and love this mix. Tastes good, the texture is nice, and its a great substitute for gluten sensitivities. The only this to make note on is the sodium content. One day I went crazy and ate a whole batch (8 pancakes total) and I felt bloated. Then I looked at the sodium levels in this mix and was like "whoa!" thats a lot!

I live outside of the US and paying shipping means I really have to plan out what I buy from here. A month after I order this GF mix, my local grocery started carrying a similar gf mix and it turns out to be a better option for me.

I absolutely LOVE Bob's Red Mill pancake mixes! This one is gluten free but it taste similar to wheat flour. A great change for those who want to try something new instead of wheat etc.

I love this product. This flour mix yielded great results. I replaced the two eggs with aquafaba (chickpea liquid from one small can of chickpeas, beat to stiff snow in a food processor) and the result was really nice and fluffy. I also used coconut milk instead of dairy milk to fully veganise the pancakes. Tasted very yummy.
