Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour is carefully ground to a fine consistency on cool and slow turning millstones. We use only the highest quality white rice for this flour to produce a smooth texture and a wholesome, gentle flavor. Our White Rice Flour is a favorite ingredient for gluten-free baking, lending a light and delicate sponginess to baked goods. It's also great for breading and thickening soups, sauces or gravies.
Bob's Red Mill products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an Elisa Gluten Assay test to determine if a product is gluten free.

Sue's Rice Muffins
1/2 cup Liquid (water, sugar-free fruit juice, milk, etc.)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Canola oil
1 cup Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. chopped Nuts, 1/4 cup Raisins or chopped Dates, 1/4 cup blueberries, or 2 Tbsp Carob Chips (optional)
Mix in 1 quart measuring pitcher until well mixed (I use my hand held electric mixer). Bake in greased 6 cup muffin tin at 425° for 17 to 20 minutes.

the flour is greety , which did not match the purpose of my recipe , so i could not use it , but i guess this is thew stone ground effect.

We do our own baking and use quite a bit of the white rice and brown rice flours. It's just one more way to save money DIY.
