I am cooking into congee every morning as my breakfast. I usually soak it over night so it is easier to cook the next day.

Very good taste!! I live in South Korea and they rarely eat brown rice. I made some and had my co-workers on awe!! They loved the taste!!

I FLAVOR THIS RICE WITH RECIPE SECRETS BY LIPTON, I JUST USE 1 CUP RICE THE AMOUNT OF WATER THE RICE BAG CALLS FOR AND 1 ENVELOPE OF THE LIPTON SEASONING. THROW IN CHOPPED ONION PEPPERS OR ANYTHING YOU WANT THE LAST 10 MIN. OF COOK TIME TASTES GREAT, MY HUSBAND LOVES IT. I USE CHICKEN STOCK OR BEEF STOCK IN PLACE OF THE WATER.
