Use on training days only. Take 1 serving (1 scoop) approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training, blended into 6-8 ounces of cold water or beverage, or as suggested by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Important Note(s): Do not exceed 1 serving (1 scoop) per training day. Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an hour after consuming 1MR. Dont rate this crap at all Same as alot of pre workouts they're full of caffeine and other nasty stuff Do yourself a favor and use L Arginine, beta alanine with some quality proteins and get better results The problem with pre workouts is they bring you up And then drop you down, this destroys you're foundation fitness and endurance as your body gets too used to fatigue
