Use on training days only. Take 1 serving (1 scoop) approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training, blended into 6-8 ounces of cold water or beverage, or as suggested by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Important Note(s): Do not exceed 1 serving (1 scoop) per training day. Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an hour after consuming 1MR. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Taking 1MR with food, or on a full stomach, may diminish its effects. Considerado por muito um pré-treino melhor que o Jack3d possui efeitos semelhantes. Esse senti mais efeito que o Jack, porem seu scoop tb é muito maior que o do Jack, um scoop de 1MR seria mais ou menos 3 do Jack. Também possui creatina na sua composição dispensando a suplementação com esse composto. Contendo certa de 300 mg de cafeina por dose também é recomendado tomar durante o dia. Especificamente esse de laranja possui um gosto horrivel.
