Helps our sleep to be unbroken. And seems to help a lot with anxiety. We have a break for a month or two, between using up the bottle, as we don't seem to need to take it continuously, and our body's seem to prefer that.
L-Tryptophan to Boost Serotonin

I was experiencing anxiety so i decided to take l-tryptophan. Funnily enough my brain fog disappeared so it was good for that. But i found that it kind of made me feel a little too sedate. So ive decided to discontinue from using it. Not saying its a bad product, it just didnt work for me :(

Great for Insomnia, very restful sleep but I had digestive effects of gas and nausea :/.
