Good B Complex
Good B Complex
Potent B vitamins in reduced form for fast biological activity. I feel very alert after one of these caps in the morning and do not slump in the afternoon. I believe these would be effective for lowering homocysteine, though I have not had my blood levels tested before and after for comparison. Update Dec 2011: Had blood test a couple of weeks ago: homocysteine up from 10.2 (about a year ago) to 12.9. Had previously been taking a multi plus a 1 mg sublingual methylcobalamin every couple of days, so it seems that in my case this product is not a substitute for regular sublingual B12 (despite the inclusion of 'intrinsic factor').
not sure it did anything

Didn't notice any effects with this product. I'm trying to get my B vitamins from food like liver now.
Excellent Bioavailable B Complex

This is a perfect b-complex for those who have issues breaking down regular B vitamins. I do due to the fact I have mutations on the MTHFR gene which means I can't use regular B's efficiently to break blood/brain barrier and support brain functions. This b-complex is already in its broken down form so it can reach brain easily. I do still use methylcobalamin(b12) sublingually since this is the best way to absorb this unless you do B-12 shots.
My favorite b-complex! I don't leave home without it!

These are the best and easiest to absorb b-complex vitamins out there. My sister and I couldn't believe it when we each felt our moods were better after a few days of taking them. The b vitamins in this blend are easier for the body to absorb as they are all in their methyl state or in the form that the body prefers-so no need for your body to break the vitamin down further for absorption.
I order this B-complex because the methylfolate.

methylfolate is the best form for me.
