You will need:
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 (12 cup) muffin pan
Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC) for a shiny metal pan, 400ºF (205ºC) for a dark non-stick pan.
Grease bottom of pan or use paper cups.
- Mix it up! Blend water, egg and oil in a bowl. Stir in muffin mix. Mix until ingredients are blended.
- Split it! Spoon batter evenly in the 12 muffin cups (~3/4 full).
- Bake it! Bake for 16-18 min. Cool for 5 min. Enjoy!
