Eden organic Kamut Flakes organically grown on Montana family farms then gas fire roasted and rolled into golden flakes. Kamut is a very ancient non-hybrid wheat. It is often an excellent substitute for those with sensitivity to modern hybridized wheat. Perfect for hot cereal, granola, desserts and baked goods, or in soups and stews. Heart Healthy.*

Bring 3/4 cup water and a small pinch of EDEN Sea Salt to a boil. Add 1/2 cup flakes, stir, and cook for 3 minutes.
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup Eden Organic Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon Eden Sea Salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups eden Organic Kamut flakes
1 package (4 oz) Eden Dried Fruit
1 package (4 oz) Eden All Mixed Up
Mix the first six ingredients. Pour over the flakes and mix. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 25 minutes, stirring the mix every 7 minutes, until crisp but not burnt. Pour in a bowl and mix in fruit. Cool before serving.
