Eden Sea Vegetable Chips are made with four carefully selected, quality sea vegetables - Wakame, Kombu, Hiziki and Nori. Now you can enjoy their many health benefits in this great tasting, crispy chip. The ingredients are combined, formed, dried and baked. Next is flash frying in high oleic rice bran oil for several seconds. Centrifuge spinning removes most of the oil, and seasoning with the finest quality sea salt creates a light, crisp snack food that's not only delicious, it's good food. Try them with your favorite salsa or dip.

Tastes like prawn crackers with sea weed instead of prawn. Great!! Great consistency, sort of soft, sort of crunchy. Great sea weed flavour, though more sea weed would be even better!! I often eat sea weed, buy them as a snack from an asian shop. More flavour would give them 5 stars. A bit expensive though, the bag is gone in .. 3 seconds... :P

These chips were a bit pricey but since they are healthier than potato chips I decided to try them. They were palatable but unfortunately not yummy enough for me to reorder them.

So so. Crispy and light, but they have a very weak taste, because they are made of potato starch mostly, in my opinion some kind of dip is must.
