Taste That Makes a Difference
To ensure fresh flavor that's always pure and natural, our spices are quality tested and freshness dated.
The warm, delicate flavor of tarragon is popular in many cuisines, particularly French. It heightens the flavor of other herbs and adds a distinctive touch to sauces, salads, dressings, egg, and fish dishes. Tarragon also complements mushrooms, tomatoes and poultry.
Unusable! Very little Tarragon, 0 flavor, mostly prickly sharp needles in new formula!!

This product is not Tarragon. Most of it is sharp needles. I don't know if it's Rosemary needles, wood shards or pine needles but they are very sharp and so this is unusable to be put in foods such as soups. You would need it put in tea bags or cheesecloth to fish them out or prick your tongue. Also, this only has a very faint aroma because it is cut with unidentified prickly needles. I much prefer the brand Simply Organic, however iHerb does not carry their tarragon. Please note that the label changed from the current photo (it is now black and very misleadingly reads "French type") so maybe all other ratings here are from before they changed the formula. The most grievous thing here is having it called in "French" on the label. Not true!! French tarragon is very aromatic and delicious. I hope iHerb discontinues this one and carries the Simply Organic tarragon.
such a nice product
