We source our organic semolina from the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains, in Montana's Teton County, known the world over as "The Golden Triangle." The Golden Triangle region is located hundreds of miles from any major city so our wheat is not exposed to urban chemicals and pollutants, only natural spring water and the crisp, clean air of Montana. Garden Time is more durable than any other pasta due to its high gluten strength. As a result, it holds its shape, is less sticky and cooks to al denté texture every time. At Garden Time, we combine the finest American Organic semolina, with 3 generations of old world Italian craftsmanship to make the best organic pasta in the world. We think you'll like it a lot.
Bring 4 quarts of water and 2 tsp kosher salt to a rapid boil. Add Garden Time pasta and 2 tsp Napa Valley Naturals Organic Olive Oil. Stir lightly until water returns to a boil. Cook uncovered until pasta is tender, yet firm. Drain (do not rinse).

When I made this the pasta was still hard, despite the fact that I cooked it over the instructed time since I do not like my pasta al dente. Not only were a majority of pieces hard, many clumped together forming uncooked strands. I may re-order and stir it the whole time next time. I'll also try cooking it for longer because the pieces that did cook up well, were very tasty.

이곳에서 먹거리 평이 좋은 것을 사봐도 모두 입맛에 맞지 않앗건만 이 제품만큼은 확실히 맛이 좋습니다. 쫄깃한 식감은 떨어지지만 그만큼 향과 기본적인 맛이 좋아 다시 주문합니다 양은 조금 적습니다.
Very tasty and quality fettuccini. There is a flavor of spinach, very much, increasing twice during cooking.

Glad to have a healthier fettuccini, so even when I make homemade alfredo sauce, it's a little healthier.

i'll buy this pasta more and more cuz it's really delicious. I've never eaten spinach pasta before but for now this one is my favorite. Thank you iHerb for this great product! ^-^
