Old Fashioned Yellow Cake:
Entire bag of Glutino Gluten Free Pantry Old Fashioned Yellow Cake
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine*
2 large eggs*
1 tsp gluten-free vanilla
1/2 cup milk or water*
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a 9 inch round cake pan or an 8x8 inch square pan with vegetable oil. In large bowl, beat butter until fluffy then gradually add mix. Beat until butter is absorbed. Gradually add ot6her ingredients and mix until homogenous. Pour into pan. Bake 28 minutes.
* You may adapt the recipe to suit your needs by using an equal amount of a substitute ingredient. Do not use commercial egg replacer.
White rice flour, sugar, potato starch, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum, salt, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate.
May contain soy.

I am totally gluten free because of Celiac Disease. This is one cake mix that I find to be really good.
This cake is tasty with a great texture. I would purchase again but it is a bit sweeter than I normally like.

Gluten free items taste different than regular flour items. But this one seems like a regular cake, but slightly less gummy or moist or something. Not badly done, sorta light. I buy this regularly now when I need a cake. I am very satisfied.
