As far as pumpkin seed butter goes, this brand is OK, but I'd rather chew the seeds myself.

and is undoubtedly good for me. Lots of natural zinc. I mix a little sesame oil into it to make it taste even better. Good on toast with cinnamon and agave nectar. Or I will sometimes put some broccoli sprouts on top. Yummy either way.

It may be healthy but it made me sick

I eat plenty of pumkin seeds and they are great but they are better left alone as seeds only, when they are made into a butter, the taste becomes more powerful, and it made me sick. I started having chills shortly after eating, my throat started to feel funny. It was also hard to spread and I did not like it in a plastic container. I would recomment you eat raw pumkin seeds in their natural state not in the butter form because the taste is very strong and some may have a not so pleasant reaction like I had.
