Serving Suggestion: With bread or steamed rice.
Just Heat & Eat
Cut pouch, empty contents into a frying pan, and heat for 3-5 minutes while stirring. Serve hot.
Cut pouch, empty contents into a Microwave dish, heat on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
Immerse the foil pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut open and serve hot.

This was very delicious and at a very good price. It's mildly hot though. But then, apparently Indian cuisine is spicy and hot.

This little dish is not only fast, and easy to prepare it just happens to be vegan to boot! At our house we enjoy the kick of spice that is present and gives a little heat to the dish. One of our favorites for a quick and easy meal that tastes great .

It's a little salty but still very tasty. I like the soft chickpeas which is good to eat with quinoa！Buy more.
