What's Special About This Salt?
Mineral Mountain Salt contains natural essential minerals derived from an ancient sea bed deposit. Having been subjected to heat and pressure under the Himalayan Mountain for 250 million years, its structure has formed into a perfect crystal, the way coal becomes a diamond. Unlike common processed table salt, which has just two elements: sodium and chloride, Mineral Mountain Sat contains a balanced blue print of up to 72 minerals, trace minerals and elements, which have formed the basis of all life.
Natural salt may clump. Shake to loosen.
Unrefined whole crystal mineral salt
Mineral Mountain Salt is minded for quality and purity, free of heat processing, with no additive or preservatives.

Great Crystal Salt
After reading reviews on this salt, I am convinced it is one of the best table and cooking salts to buy. It has a mild taste, which enhances food flavor while providing necessary minerals.

Great flavour and quality. I use it on my food and along with ½ a lemon in my enemas, 1 TBSP per quart of warm water.
