Have been using for nearly twenty years. I have tried a few other manufactures and have gone back to Kroeger - it is the best. After a couple of weeks you feel really good/ relaxed.

Have been taking this for about a year, and thought I should take a break. When I did my vision got a bit worse. (I'm in my 50s.) It was more difficult to read magazines, and even seeing the tv. Not a scary decrease, but noticeable. Started back on the ginkgo and my vision has returned to my midlife normal. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
