I need Vit D and I'd rather take cod live oil. Used to take it as a kid also. Helps my ankle joint which I have a problem with. I will buy this from Natures Bounty again. If I have an operation on the ankle I lose mobility so better take this.

There has been too much quality research in cod liver oil not to continue taking this product. The price is very reasonable and I do believe it is better than other products involving fish oil.
