It does what it says on the bottle. Really potent & it smells great but use sparingly because too much of it can cause nausea.

Smells good. I usually keep this in my shower. squeeze an amt of body foam/shampoo/facial foam onto my palm & drip a few drops of tea tree oil into it, then lather & rinse off. I feel it's very cleansing (maybe just a placebo effect). It does help with my husband's body zits. i usually dont apply direct on my skin & leave it there. It's quite stinging for me that way becuz I have very sensitive skin.
