I'm taking the Neuromins in addition to my Carlson's cod liver oil and I think I can tell the difference in my ability to concentrate. I'm recovering from head trauma from 20 years ago and had problems with concentration, short term memory and confusion.

I can't say if this had any affect or not, but I had to start taking omega 3 during pregnancy. Since I am a vegetarian, I wanted a vegetarian product, and this one had a great price compare to the products in stores. I purchased it already twice and would repurchase again if needed.

I take it for memory support. I like the fact that it comes from a vegetable (algae) source. I read that fish-based DHA sources are more prone to oxidation.
