Goldenberries, or Gooseberries or Incanberries as they are variously called, have been enjoyed for their health properties in South American cultures for thousands of years. This bag contains 100% pure goldenberries that are certified organic, kosher, vegan and sun-dried.
Goldenberries contain carotene and bioflavonoids (vitamin P). They are an excellent source of vitamin A and a good source of dietary fiber. For a fruit, they possess a high content of protein and phosphorus.
Navitas Naturals' mission is to provide premium organic power foods that increase energy and enhance health. Our products are of the highest quality, sourced directly from farmers, cultivated sustainably and in accordance with fair trade practices.

Those berries have the best taste. But they are only for those who like sour berries. If you like goji berries (which I find too sweet and lacking taste) these berries are not for you. Very clean sour taste, no syrup, no sugar. You can easily get addicted to these berries.
