Nori is the Japanese name for flavorful red seaweed and has a celebrated culinary use in Japan dating back thousands of years. This bag contains 100% pure nori sheets that are certified organic, vegan and raw.
Sustainably harvested in the Sea of Japan, our nori contains 50% protein by weight, the highest of any seaweed. Saturated with minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and lignans, nori's abundant nutrients are made especially bioavailable due to a naturally high fiber content. Under constant care and inspection, the nori sheets are pressed and dried at low temperatures, then hand selected for top-grade quality. Each sheet of nori is the pinnacle of premium nutrition.

Nice and crispy in the package. Tastes like nori should taste (but like I said, I'm no expert). I like to cook it into rice.

I thought these were nice, but my father says they smelled fishy and would not try one. I find that odd because he frequently eats sushi and I do not eat fish (vegan). Anyways the texture was good and they kept rice well. You could toast them beforehand, but I did not.
