NOW Carbo Gain is pure maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate derived from corn. Maltodextrin is comprised of “glucose polymers”, which are chains of glucose molecules that are easy for the body to digest and assimilate.
Mix 2/3 cup of Carbo Gain in 24 oz of water or juice. Consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Double this recipe if engaging in prolonged exertion of 2 hours or more.

Great way to get those extra carbs

Great way to get the extra carbs you need. My macro count is about 420g of carbs per day, pretty tough to get that much if I didn't have the help of this product. I just mix it into a protein shake, and it's tasteless. Only drawback although minor is that it tends to clump up.
