Wonderful for Hay Fevers
Wonderful for Hay Fevers
This tea is a wonder tea for my allergies. I get the worst symptoms come allergy season but this tea keeps my symptoms at bay. I may sneeze a few times here or there but nothing compared to before. I have not suffered from itchy, watery eyes or stuffy nose. I highly recommend this tea if you suffer from hay fever. I began drinking one cup a day a month before allergy season started and jumped to 2 cups a day once the season began. It also has a good taste to it. I use raw sugar to sweeten.

This product is well packaged and the tea bags well designed to prevent loseing the little strings from the teabags. the bags are each tightly wrapped and sealed in celophane and last but not least the tea itself is supurb, just as it is supposed to be.

This is a great tea, mild flavored so it's easy to drink. I drink it for my kidneys.
Great for seasonal allergies

A co-worker said her mother drinks nettle tea for her allergies. On this recommendation, I found this product on iherb and started drinking 2 cups of this tea a day (1 in the morning and 1 before bed). I drink the tea straight, without any sweetner. It has a nice taste, almost like a spearmint tea, but more mellow. This has been the best summer I've had in years for my seasonal allergies -- almost no symptoms! I don't know if this will work for everyone, but I will be drinking this tea on a regular basis. The sneezing, watery, itchy eyes, and runny nose I'm used to in June and July have been almost non-existent. I love finding natural solutions to health challenges. Thanks iHerb for providing another great product!
