Quercetin is a naturally occurring bioflavonoid found in high concentrations in red wine, onions and green tea. Quercetin possesses powerful antioxidant properties and, like other bioflavonoids, has the ability to stabilize cell membranes. These qualities contribute to Quercetin's ability to support healthy histamine levels and balanced immune function. In addition, clinical studies have demonstrated that Quercetin may support prostate health.

They work for me
They work for me
I take these with Bet Sitosterol and DIM. I used to get up three or four times per night. Now it is not unusual for me to sleep right through, plus my psa reading has gone down from 6.8 to 4.8.

ANOTHER old standby that I rely on DISCONTINUED by IHERB!! @($*&(*&@#)!!!! this is the ONLY quercetin I can find that does not have other things in it -- I do not want bromelain, I cannot tolerate soy, and I don't want added vitamin C. what a drag that this is discontinued. I can buy it on Amazon, I see.

This brand of quercetin really helps my allergies. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Both on an empty stomach. Update: I no longer take quercetin as it was not agreeing with me after a few years.

A Godsend during allergy season

I take Quercetin during allergy season to help manage seasonal allergies. This one works well for me and doesn't sedate me like the antihistamines. If it wasn't for this stuff, I might have had to move to another region of the country where seasonal allergies weren't as common.
