I like drinking this tea at night, it relaxes me. Smells good, no strange aftertaste, just a lovely cup of relaxing tea.
- Relaxing Indeed; Also Update -

Taste good, really relaxing. For me, I can't take it at daytime coz it's too relaxing and makes me wanna nap. But it's good to be taken at bedtime to help calm you down so you can sleep. Three stars only because: - It doesn't work consistently every night. - I find that if I take more than an hour to go to bed after drinking this, it loses efficacy. So timing is very important, in my case. One thing interesting is my female cat gets very excited every time I make this tea; must be the catnip. She'll come and start rolling around the cup and rubbing her head on it. Cute. So you know the catnip is there. :) Update: This tea loses efficacy over time before expiry date. I kept the whole box in my kitchen cabinet and towards the end realized that some bugs were breeding inside the individual plastic wraps on all teabags left (saw some holes on the plastic wraps, so they must have bitten their way through), so the remaining teabags had to be discarded. All other teas (even paper-wrapped Lipton, etc) were not affected. Strange. Two stars coz it worked a little while initially.

don't know about the relaxing effect - it doesn't bring me to sleep but at least it doesn't do any harm :-)
Excellent tea for relaxing

I found this tea to really help me relax and sleep through the night. I have given it to many family members and they also like it.
