Such a Disappointment!

This was the second product we ordered in the Organ line, but we will not order it again. It can best be described as tasteless with no buckwheat flavor at all and no salt that we could taste. I notice others say they mix with something else. We just wanted a good gluten free buckwheat pancake and this is not it. :(

One of the best mixes that doesn't have added sugar.

My daughter and I both love this product. It is really hard to find a pancake mix that is BOTH gluten free and sugar free. We make them with coconut milk - adding a little extra liquid - to make it more like a swedish style and then sprinkle xylitol on them.
I use this in combination with a lot of other ingredients to make a power waffle.
